I was communicating with Doug Warren about our time in Viet Nam and he said it would be nice to know which of our classmates were there.   So post your branch and rank, what unit you were in, where in VN and what time frame.   I'll start:

HQ XXIV, G-3 Operations Section, Phu Bai, Jan 1969 - July 1969

Army Special Forces, Captain, Jan - Dec 1968.  Commanded an "A Camp" in II Corps.

Captain, Army Signal Corps, S-4, Nha Trang Signal Battalion Provisional, Regional Comm Gp, 1st Sig Bde, Nha Trang, Jan-Apr 68 and 1st Sig Bde Liaison Officer to 7th AF/1964th Comm Group, Saigon, May 68-Jan 69.

I spent 21 active years in the Navy as a naval aviator.  In Nam, I flew COD aircraft: mail, cargo and passengers to all the aircraft carriers off the coast.  I have a Youtube video that shows the kind of flying I did over there.  Go to my Facebook site under n.harrison@virgilio.it
